TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: Tehran Metro Line 3 is 33 km long, with 28 km as a subway and 5 km elevated. This line consists of 26 stations which connects northeast of Tehran to southwest. This line and lines 1, 4, 6, 7 and 8 will cross each other.
LOCATION: This line starts from Lashgarak highway in northeast Tehran and by passing through Imam Ali Highway (PBUH), Madjidiyeh, Shahid Beheshti Avenue, and crossing Vali-e-Asr Avenue, it goes to Rah Ahan Square, Javadiyeh, Ghale Morghi, Azadegan Highway, Chahar Dangeh and Eslamshahr.

MOSHANIR’S ROLE: Contractor’s Engineer for design and construction
SPECIAL ACHIEVEMENTS: This line consists of 26 underground stations (of total 28 stations), a roundhouse and one terminal. 56 rows of trains with a capacity of 1500 passengers are required. The headway will be two minutes and final transportation capacity of passengers will be 45,000 passengers per hour in each direction.
